Refund policy

We accept returns on full priced merchandise for store credit only.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
• In original condition with tags attached

Returns must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Once approved, you will receive a store credit code by email or gift card.

Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.


Holiday Return Policy

To better accommodate holiday shoppers, purchases made between Thanksgiving and December 25 qualify for an extended 30 day return window from the date of purchase.

All standard return conditions still apply.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Jewelry and accessories
• Shoes without original, undamaged shoe box
• Seasonal, limited run, or custom items


Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email keepaim2016@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Why 14 Days?

We are a small boutique and typically order limited runs of each style. Once an item sells out, it is often gone for good. Seasons and trends move quickly, and in order to keep fresh inventory coming in, we need to process returns promptly while items are still in season and resalable.

This allows us to continue bringing in new pieces while still taking care of our customers.
